About ICC Code Officials of Arkansas Chapter
The Code Officials of Arkansas exists to promote the adoption, understanding, and uniform enforcement of the building codes, support safe building practices, and provide guidance, technical information, and code interpretation to enforcement officials. The organization keeps members informed on code-related issues, assists with administration of building laws, furthers the objectives of the International Code Council, and manages property and internal affairs as needed to advance its mission in accordance with Arkansas Non-Profit laws.
The mission of the Code Officials of Arkansas is dedicated to advancing the safety, integrity, and quality of construction in our communities. We provide comprehensive education and training for building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspectors, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to uphold codes and standards that ensure safe and sustainable construction practices throughout Arkansas.
